Most actual sizes are based on price. Below is a list of sizes by price. Counter cards that retail for less than $1.50 are packed in dozens. Those which retail at $1.50 or higher are packed in half dozens.
Everyday orders are 1% 10 days, net 30 days after invoice date. Christmas 2005 seasonal orders are net December 10, 2005. All orders subject to credit approval. Visa and Mastercard accepted only at time order is placed.
Minimum order size for a new account is $150. Minimum order size for an existing account is $50. A small handling charge of $10 will be applied to reorders less than the minumum size.
